WORTH – DFW Retirement Radio News) DFW Retirement Planners has been celebrating Financial Literacy Month for the 5th consecutive year with a series of special broadcasts on their weekly radio program, DFW Retirement Radio. The program is broadcast Saturdays from 2-3 PM on 820 WBAP Radio.
Britni Levensailor, retirement planner at DFW Retirement Planners and host of DFW Retirement Radio, talked about the financial literacy series. She said, “We get very good comments and reviews from people who are encouraged by our broadcasts on financial literacy. Our primary message is that it takes just a few minutes to engage a young person in a discussion or a game involving money. This time we invest with our kids and grand kids can be the spark that leads to understanding money and how it effects our lives.”
DFW Retirement Radio co-host Pete Thomson said that the Financial Literacy series is consistent with the core values of DFW Retirement Planners.
