About Our Team
Based in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, DFW Retirement Planners was founded in 2004 and includes a dedicated family team that’s here to assist you with all of your money management needs. We specialize in evaluating and analyzing complex and challenging financial situations that affect retirees and those contemplating retirement, with two locations to serve you.
The team at DFW Retirement Planners includes generations of knowledge and experience in the financial, business and insurance fields.
Dauphinais Poe: Co-Founder and CEO
Dauphinais, Co-Founder and CEO of DFW Retirement Planners, has helped lead the team from the very beginning of our firm back in 2004. Her leadership has helped our company grow from a tiny office in Fort Worth to having two offices in both Fort Worth and Dallas. Dauphinais oversees many things for our firm but her pride and joy are our Annual Client Appreciation Events. Her ability to pull off these amazing events are a huge asset to our team.
Dauph is responsible for the overseeing all aspects of the firm. She also leads our efforts in supporting charities in the metroplex. When she is not leading the team, Dauphinais enjoys spending time with her eleven grandchildren. She also loves movies, bowling, crafting, and attending all the grandchildren’s various sporting events.
Britni Levensailor: President and Managing Partner
Britni is President and Managing Partner of DFW Retirement Planners, and was the first employee of DFW Retirement Planners back in 2004. She is a licensed financial professional and a host on our weekly radio show. Britni is also part of our Senior Planning Team and a valuable member of our management team.
During her time as a financial professional, Britni has earned several distinguished awards including:

Her exemplary attention to detail and exceptional product knowledge helps ensure that quality retirement plans are assembled for our clients. Britni and her husband, Lance, are proud parents of their two sons, Slade and Jax. Together they enjoy traveling, dining with friends, and fishing. In her spare time, she also coaches her son’s soccer team.
Monique Levensailor: Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner
Monique has been a valuable member of the management team at DFW Retirement Planners since 2005. She attended undergraduate school at University of Texas at Arlington. She graduated in 2007 with earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in Management.
As Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner, Monique oversees the entire Operations side of the firm. She handles accounting and bookkeeping for 10 different companies, manages the back office team and ensures that the team is running efficiently. Her wealth of knowledge in this field is what sets her apart. Monique has been in the financial services sector all of her professional career beginning back in 2005. Monique’s family based businesses rely heavily on faith, honesty and integrity.
Monique and her husband, Stephen, are the proud parents of their daughter, Jade and son, Lucas. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, fishing and camping.
Betty Lynch – Financial Professional
Betty has been a member of our Fort Worth planning team since 2013. She is a true believer in, “The Golden Rule is the foundation of Ethics”. Betty identifies with the client’s investment objectives and is a true educator for clients.
Prior to joining DFW Retirement Planners, Betty had a very successful business in Health and Fitness for 32 years. She received her licensing through Baylor Sports Medicine Center.
As a licensed professional, her goal is to coach and educate families throughout the Metroplex in order to achieve a healthy retirement. Betty and family reside in Fort Worth. She enjoys working out, running and spending time with her three daughters and their grandchildren.
Ramon Aguirre – Financial Advisor
Ramon joined the DFW Retirement Planners team in February 2020. He is a fully Licensed Professional with 9 years of experience in financial services, financial planning, and wealth solutions. His mission in life is to leave things better than which he found them. Ramon seeks to leave a legacy of goodwill on this earth, and in doing so, encourages others to do the same. He co-creates financial plans for individuals and their families to navigate financial pitfalls and retirement, providing strategies grounded in sound financial principles that allow clients to lead a life of confidence, clarity and balance.
Ramon grew up in Abilene, Texas, and received my bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where he played tennis collegiately. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, golf, and watching movies at home with his wife Kaylee.
Gene Perez, CFP® – Financial Advisor
Gene joined the DFW Retirement Planners team in February 2020. He provides goal based, comprehensive financial planning and wealth management for individuals, families, and business owners. Gene focuses on your short and long-term financial goals and works with you to adjust your current financial strategies to meet those targets. With over 20 years of experience, he offers unbiased recommendations and impartial guidance based directly on your needs and goals. As a former small business owner himself, Gene understands the unique financial needs of business owners.
Gene has held the Certified Financial Planner designation since 2008. He was awarded the coveted Certificate of Financial Planning from Rice University. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Gene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology. After graduation, Gene returned to his hometown of Houston and began his career in the insurance and financial service industry. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, music and cheering on his favorite sports teams. He is married with two children and three grandsons.
Corrine Fancher – Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Corrine oversees the marketing team here at DFWRP. She helps develop all aspects of our marketing plan, workshops and client appreciation events. Corrine has been a member of our team since 2009 and assists in training of all new DFWRP team members. She also handles all contracting and vendor relationships of the firm.
Corrine has over 20 years of experience in customer service, financial services and management fields. Her attention to detail, ability to multi task and customer service skills make her a perfect fit for the DFWRP team. When Corrine is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fishing, camping and exploring the outdoors. Her and her husband of 15 years, Dallas, have two children, Gracie and Allen.
Daniella Savoie – Director of Operations
Daniella is our Director of Operations at DFWRP. She is truly a support role for the whole company. She oversees reception, office management, processing of new client accounts, existing client’s paperwork, case review with the sales team, coaching/training, and she is the assistant to Britni Levensailor, Vice President. Daniella is the point of contact to anything pertaining to the sales team and operations. She services all our Fort Worth and Dallas clients.
She has over 20 years of experience in finance, management, financial services, operations, coaching, mortgage and personal loans, and collections. Her prior management skills, her attention to detail, and her ability to catch on quickly have proved her to be a huge asset to our firm. Outside the office, Daniella stays busy with her twins, Colt and Abby, and her husband, Jacob, of more than 16 years. In her spare time, Daniella enjoys going to her son’s soccer games, watching her daughter perform on her competition dance team, scrapbooking with a group of ladies, shopping, family vacations, cooking, and crafts.
Pilar Lopez – Office Administrator
Pilar joined our team as Client Event Coordinator in September of 2016 but then in 2019 transitioned to our Office Administrator position. She handles scheduling appointments, provides general administrative and clerical support, completes customer service inquiries, and assists other team members as needed. She works at our Fort Worth office but is always available to our Dallas clients and team also.
She brings over 15 years of customer service in the retail and financial industries. Pilar will always greet you with a smile whether it’s in person or you can feel it over the phone. Her calm and positive energy spreads through the office and at times is known as our daily dose of “Vitamin C”. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, music and spending time with family and friends camping, being on the water and just being outdoors. She resides in Fort Worth with her husband Jay and their daughter Alexa.
Nicole Barnett – Client Services Associate
Nicole joined our team in June 2017 as the receptionist and has since been promoted to Client Services Associate. She comes to us with over 27 years of experience in Customer Service in Administration. She works closely with the Client Services team to assist with client paperwork, scheduling of appointments and customer service requests. She works out of our Fort Worth office but is available to both of our Fort Worth and Dallas clients.
While Nicole is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family attending and playing sporting events. She and her husband, Chance have a son, daughter, son-in-law and two precious grandsons, Ellis and Reid.
