About Our Team
Based in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, DFW Retirement Planners was founded in 2004 and includes a dedicated family team that’s here to assist you with all of your money management needs. We specialize in evaluating and analyzing complex and challenging financial situations that affect retirees and those contemplating retirement, with two locations to serve you.
The team at DFW Retirement Planners includes generations of knowledge and experience in the financial, business and insurance fields.
Dauphinais Poe – Co-Founder and President
Dauphinais, President of DFWRP, has led the team from the very beginning of our firm back in 2004. Her leadership has helped our company grow from a tiny office in Fort Worth to having two offices in both Fort Worth and Dallas. Dauphinais oversees many, many things for our firm but her pride and joy are our Annual Client Appreciation Events. Her ability to pull off these amazing events are a huge asset to our team.
Dauph is responsible for the operations side of DFWRP. She leads our efforts in supporting charities and was named honorary chairperson for The Moslah Shriners annual fundraising event. When she is not leading the team, Dauphinais enjoys spending time traveling with her husband Jim and their eleven grandchildren. She also enjoys crafting, sewing, knitting, and decorating.
Britni Levensailor – Vice President & Financial Professional
Britni is Vice President of DFWRP, and was the first employee of DFW Retirement Planners back in 2004. She is a licensed financial professional and a host on our weekly radio show. Britni is also part of our Senior Planning Team and a valuable member of our management team.
During her time as a financial planner, Britni has earned several distinguished awards including:

• 2017 F&G Power Producer Award
Her exemplary attention to detail and exceptional product knowledge helps ensure that quality retirement plans are assembled for our clients. Britni and her husband, Lance, are proud parents of their two sons, Slade and Jax. Together they enjoy traveling, dining with friends, and fishing. In her spare time, she also coaches her son’s soccer team.
Monique Levensailor – Vice President of Finances & CFO
Monique has been the Vice President of Finances, Chief Financial Officer, and a valuable member of the management team at DFW Retirement Planners since 2005. She attended undergraduate school at University of Texas at Arlington. She graduated in 2007 with earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in Management.
Monique handles accounting and bookkeeping for 10 different companies. Her wealth of knowledge is this field is what sets her apart. Monique has been in the financial services sector all of her professional career beginning back in 2005. Monique’s family based businesses rely heavily on faith, honesty and integrity.
Monique and her husband, Stephen, are the proud parents of their daughter, Jade and son, Lucas. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, fishing and camping.
Betty Lynch – Financial Professional
Betty has been a member of our Fort Worth planning team since 2013. She is a true believer in, “The Golden Rule is the foundation of Ethics”. Betty identifies with the client’s investment objectives and is a true educator for clients.
Prior to joining DFW Retirement Planners, Betty had a very successful business in Health and Fitness for 32 years. She received her licensing through Baylor Sports Medicine Center.
As a licensed professional, her goal is to coach and educate families throughout the Metroplex in order to achieve a healthy retirement. Betty and family reside in Fort Worth. She enjoys working out, running and spending time with her three daughters and their grandchildren.
Alan Maples – Financial Advisor
Alan is a member of our Fort Worth Planning team. After graduating with a BBA from Texas A&M, he worked in banking and real estate, before deciding to return to school for his law degree from Baylor.
Alan opened his own law practice (which still continues today) with a focus on Estate Planning. More recently, he has obtained the Certified Professional Landman designation, the highest designation awarded by the American Association of Petroleum Landman and is a licensed Financial Professional.
Alan believes his education, training and experience enables him to take a holistic approach to wealth management and preservation. In his spare time, Alan and his wife of 25+ years enjoy spending time outdoors at their family ranch in the Texas Hill Country.
Ryan McDonald – Financial Advisor
Ryan McDonald has been a Financial Planner in North Texas for over 21 years. He has handled all of aspects of the business, from full service Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Compliance, Principal, and training new Planners in the business. Ryan thrives on complex planning issues, and finding solutions to solve them. He is passionate about helping individuals reach their retirement goals and developing safe investment strategies to reach them. He realizes there is not a cookie cutter approach to your situation, and thinks outside of the box to address it.
Outside of the office, Ryan can be found traveling with his wife Vicki, and their son. He is often competing in BBQ Cook-offs, Fishing in Tournaments, and guiding for his family’s Outfitting business.
Corrine Fancher – Senior Director of Client Services and Fund Sponsors Liaison
As Senior Director of Client Services, Corrine oversees licensing, new client paperwork, processing new accounts and client requests for all DFWRP clients. She has been a member of our team since 2009 and assists in training of all new DFWRP team members. Although, she primarily services our Dallas agents and clients, she is always more than happy to help with any client’s needs.
Corrine is also the Fund Sponsors Liasion and works closely with all the companies with whom we work.
Corrine has over 10 years of experience in customer service, financial services and management fields. Her attention to detail, ability to multi task and customer service skills make her a perfect fit for the DFWRP team. When Corrine is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fishing, camping and exploring the outdoors. Her and her husband of 10+ years, Dallas, have two children, Gracie and Allen.
Daniella Savoie – Director of Client Services
Daniella is our Director of Client Services at DFWRP. She handles client requests, client paperwork, and the processing of new accounts. She primarily services our Fort Worth office and clients but is always available to assist all our clients.
She has over 20 years of experience in finance, management, financial services, mortgage and personal loans, and collections. Her prior management skills, her attention to detail, and her ability to catch on quickly have proved her to be a huge asset to our firm. Outside the office, Daniella stays busy with her twins, Colt and Abby, and her husband, Jacob, of more than15 years. In her spare time, Daniella enjoys scrapbooking with a group of ladies, shopping, family vacations, cooking, and crafts.
Pilar Lopez – Client Event Coordinator
Pilar joined our team as Client Event Coordinator in September of 2016.
She plans not only dinner workshops for both the Fort Worth and Dallas offices but is also responsible in assisting Dauphinais with the annual Client Christmas parties held each year.
Pilar is also Executive Assistant to our management team. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, music and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Fort Worth with her husband Jay and their daughter Alexa.
Nicole Barnett – Executive Assistant
Nicole joined our team in June 2017 as the receptionist and has since been promoted to Executive Assistant. She comes to us with over 27 years of experience in Customer Service in Administration. She works closely with the Client Services team to assist with client paperwork, scheduling of appointments and customer service requests. She is also the personal assistant to the Vice President and works out of our Fort Worth office but is available to both of our Fort Worth and Dallas clients.
While Nicole is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family attending and playing sporting events. She and her husband, Chance have a son, daughter, son-in-law and two precious grandsons, Ellis and Reid.
Elena Hutchison – Office Administrator
Elena joined our team as our Office Administrator in January of 2018. She handles scheduling appointments, customer service inquiries, directing phone calls, and assisting other team members as needed. She works at our Fort Worth office but is always available to our Dallas clients and team also.
With over 8 years combined of customer service and clerical experience in the food, medical, and financial industries, Elena thrives in a position in which she helps others. After completing 5 honorable years serving the U.S. Navy, she joined our team with great enthusiasm, ready to work hard. She and her husband, Naithan, have a daughter named Isabella and they reside in Saginaw. She is “Our New Yorker”, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.
