(DALLAS-FT. WORTH – FOUND MONEY RADIO NEWS)
One of retirement’s biggest mysteries and challenges can be navigating through the maze of Medicare. DFW Retirement Radio will be airing a series of broadcasts which will help consumers understand their Medicare options. Mark Robinson, Medicare specialist and retirement planner with DFW Retirement Planners, talked about the DFW Retirement Radio Medicare features. He said, “Mistakes made when it comes to Medicare can be very costly to consumers. What I’ve been able to do with my clients is explain, in plain English, how Medicare Part A and Part B work together. Once you have an understanding of the basics, it’s much easier to make smart decisions. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to talk to our DFW Retirement Radio audience in North Texas.”
Robinson says that an understanding Medicare can result in savings of $3,000 to $6,000 annually to retirees. Good Medicare decisions can also have an impact on both the cost and quality of Medicare services that a consumer receives.
Pete Thomson, co-host of DFW Retirement Radio, said that the new series will help consumers in Dallas and Ft. Worth make informed decisions. He said, “When the team at DFW Retirement Planners launched DFW Retirement Radio, they felt strongly about creating a true resource for radio listeners. Our features with Mark Robinson on Medicare are a great example of this commitment to financial education.”
Robinson, who spends time in DFW Retirement Planners Dallas and Ft. Worth offices, says that he’s available to answer any questions that consumers have. He added, “In addition to the segments on DFW Retirement Radio, I’m available to help any of our listeners with their specific questions or issues. It’s very fulfilling to see people get an understanding of Medicare and then make educated and informed decisions.”
