Dauphinais Poe, president of DFW Retirement Planners, led the training session. Ms. Poe said that training is an important part of the company culture. She said, “We hold regular training sessions with our staff. Our culture is built on excellence and that includes a continuing commitment to professional and personal improvement.”
Britni Levensailor, VP/Retirement Planner at DFW Retirement Planners says she looks forward to the company training days. She said, “I really appreciate having an opportunity to learn. Our company training days cover a variety of subjects from customer service to regulatory education to creative problem solving. Each session is different but they all have helped me grow.”
Mark Robinson, Medicare specialist and retirement planner at DFW Retirement Planners, said the training days are very important. He added, “Our training program not only promote learning and excellence. They also bring our staff together as a team.”
