About Our Team
Based in Dallas and Ft. Worth, Texas, DFW Retirement Planners was founded in 2004 and includes a dedicated family team that’s here to assist you with all of your money management needs. We specialize in evaluating and analyzing complex and challenging financial situations that affect retirees and those contemplating retirement, with two locations to serve you.
The team at DFW Retirement Planners includes generations of knowledge and experience in the financial, business and insurance fields.
Dauphinais Poe – Co-Founder and President
Dauphinais, President of DFWRP, has led the team from the very beginning of our firm. Her leadership has helped our company grow from a tiny office to having two offices in both Fort Worth and Dallas.
Dauph is responsible for the operations side of DFWRP. She leads our efforts in supporting charities and was named honorary chairperson for The Moslah Shriners annual fundraising event. When she is not leading the DFWRP team, Dauphinais enjoys spending time traveling with her husband Jim and their seven grandchildren. She also enjoys crafting, sewing, knitting, decorating and baking.
Britni Levensailor – Vice President & Financial Professional
Britni is Vice President of DFWRP, and was the first employee of DFW Retirement Planners. She is a licensed financial professional, a regular on our weekly radio show. Britni is also part of our Senior Planning Team and a valuable member of our management team.
Her exemplary attention to detail helps ensure that quality retirement plans are assembled for our clients. Britni and her husband Lance are proud parents of their son, Slade. Together they enjoy traveling, dining with friends, and fishing.
Monique Levensailor – Vice President of Finances & CFO
Monique has been the Vice President of Finances, Chief Financial Officer, and a valuable member of the management team at DFW Retirement Planners since 2005. She attended undergraduate school at University of Texas at Arlington. She graduated in 2007 with earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in Management.
Monique handles accounting and bookkeeping for 10 different companies. Her wealth of knowledge is this field is what sets her apart. Monique has been in the financial services sector all of her professional career beginning back in 2005. Monique’s family based businesses rely heavily on faith, honesty and integrity.
Monique and her husband, Stephen are the proud parents of their daughter, Jade. Monique has a very active lifestyle outside of the office. She enjoys running, playing volleyball, fishing, and camping.
Mark S. Robinson, Senior Financial Advisor, CFBS
Mark Robinson is the newest member of our financial services team, but he’s not new to the industry. With 15+ years of financial experience, he brings an array of knowledge, and expertise to the firm that rounds out the customer experience for our clients. Mark has an industry certification as a Certified Family Business Specialists and has worked with closely held businesses establishing qualified plans and benefits. You won’t find “Medicare and Social Security Specialists” at the government website, but you’ll find him here. Mark has helped hundreds of clients through the maze of understanding in these two very important elements of retirement planning. A gifted speaker, and an always positive and motivating personality he looks forward to helping clients with a passion not common in our industry. Mark is married to Sheila for 20 years, and has three boys ages 15, 9, and 9. A classic car enthusiasts, an athlete, an outdoorsman, and a penchant for new adventures.
Betty Lynch – Financial Professional
Betty has been a member of our Fort Worth planning team since 2013. She is a true believer in, “The Golden Rule is the foundation of Ethics”. Betty identifies with the client’s investment objectives and makes sure they understand any information given.
Prior to joining DFW Retirement Planners, Betty had a very successful business in Health and Fitness for 32 years. She received her licensing through Baylor Sports Medicine Center.
As a licensed professional, her goal is to coach and educate families throughout the Metroplex in order to achieve a healthy retirement. Betty and her husband, Michael, have been married 37 years and reside in Fort Worth. They enjoy spending time with their three daughters and their grandchildren.
Alan Maples – Financial Advisor
Alan is a member of our Fort Worth Planning team. After graduating with a BBA from Texas A&M, he worked in banking and real estate, before deciding to return to school for his law degree from Baylor. Alan opened his own law practice (which still continues today) with a focus on Estate Planning. More recently, he has obtained the Certified Professional Landman designation, the highest designation awarded by the American Association of Petroleum Landman and is a licensed Financial Professional. Alan believes his education, training and experience enables him to take a holistic approach to wealth management and preservation. In his spare time, Alan and his wife of 25 years enjoy spending time outdoors at their family ranch in the Texas Hill Country.
Corrine Fancher – Senior Director of Client Services
As Senior Director of Client Services, Corrine oversees licensing, new client paperwork, processing new accounts and client requests for all DFWRP clients. Although, she primarily services our Dallas agents and clients, she is always more than happy to help with any client’s needs.
Corrine also assists in the training of new DFWRP team members. In her spare time, Corrine enjoys running, camping and family vacations. She currently resides in Willow Park with her husband, and their two children Gracie and Allen.
Daniella Savoie – Director of Client Services
Daniella is our Director of Client Services at DFWRP. She handles new client paperwork, processing of new accounts and client requests. She primarily services our Fort Worth office and its clients.
Her attention to detail and ability to catch on quickly have proved to be a huge asset for our firm. Outside of the office, Daniella runs her own boutique and enjoys spending time with her husband and twins, Abby & Colt.
Pilar Lopez – Client Event Coordinator
Pilar joined our team as Client Event Coordinator in September of 2016. She plans not only dinner workshops for both the Fort Worth and Dallas offices but is also responsible in assisting Dauphinais with the annual Client Christmas parties held each year.
Pilar is also Executive Assistant to our management team. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, music and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Fort Worth with her husband Jay and their daughter Alexa.
